This modern studio is located in the 14th arrondissement and is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to attractions, good restaurants, and shops. Saint-Jacques metro station is only 2 minutes away. Additionally, there is a mini-market (Carrefour) just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

This beautiful and modern studio is conveniently located near many top attractions in Paris, such as the Tour Montparnasse.
The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for maximum comfort and functionality. The living space features a convertible sofa bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. You can also access the private balcony from the living area and enjoy the stunning views.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a stove and microwave. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy meals with loved ones.
The bathroom contains all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
