Welcome to my charming studio (22m²) for two on the ground floor in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and a bathroom. The Metro Line 7 will give you easy access to the Capital's historic sites.
This apartment is available on a Mobility/Civil lease ONLY (30 days min).

Situated on the ground floor, this lovely and tastefully decorated 22m² studio is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Place d'Italie and Chinatown Paris!
This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The kitchen is small but functional and fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge, an oven, a coffee machine, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.
You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
A laundromat is located only a minute from the apartment for your laundry needs.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The studio lacks an air conditioner, but a fan is available.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
