This chic studio apartment with a sofa bed on Avenue de Versailles in the 16th arrondissement has a spacious 23 m² footprint. With an equipped kitchen including a microwave and large refrigerator, and a combined bedroom and living room, this apartment has everything you need to move in.
The large Bois de Boulogne gardens are easily accessed by public transport, and there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The University of London Institute in Paris is only a half-hour away using public transport as well.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There are plenty of windows looking on to the street to let in plenty of natural light.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The bathroom is modern and compact, with a toilet, sink and shower as well as a washing machine.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave and 2-burner stove.
- Wi-Fi is not activated, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
