Appartement rénové récemment. Il est situé dans une petite rue pavée et bordée de maisons. On se croirait à la campagne. Le quartier est proche des commerces et des restaurants. Il convient à une personne seule ou un couple.
Appartement sécurisé: serrure anti-effraction, volet et vitre de protection installée devant la fenêtre permettant d'ouvrir la fenêtre en toute sécurité.
Nous avons mis une machine à café Nespresso pour plus de confort.
Il est juste à côté du tramway, du métro et de la nouvelle piscine Belliard qui ouvre en Septembre !
