A charming studio apartment is available to rent just down the road from the iconic Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees in Paris's 16th arrondissement. The apartment has a sunny main room, where you'll find a cozy single bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. The kitchen has all the basics, including a sink and a small hot plate for cooking. In a common area on the floor, you'll also have access to a small toilet and a sizeable shower.

You'll be living in the 16th arrondissement, 1 of Paris's most central and well-connected districts. The apartment is a 9-minute walk from the incredible Arc de Triomphe, as well as the world-famous Champs Elysees, where you can shop and dine in style. You'll have the best of Paris right at your front door!

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
