What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Le logement est parfait pour un jeune adulte qui souhaite travailler à Paris. Les commodités sont séparés de l'appartement : les WC et la douche sont communs et propre. Chacun nettoie derrière lui.
Les commerces sont à proximité. Les cinémas sont a deux pas. Le RER et trois lignes de métro est l'avantage de la situation de la chambre.

A charming studio apartment is available to rent just down the road from the iconic Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees in Paris's 16th arrondissement. The apartment has a sunny main room, where you'll find a cozy single bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. The kitchen has all the basics, including a sink and a small hot plate for cooking. In a common area on the floor, you'll also have access to a small toilet and a sizeable shower.
You'll be living in the 16th arrondissement, 1 of Paris's most central and well-connected districts. The apartment is a 9-minute walk from the incredible Arc de Triomphe, as well as the world-famous Champs Elysees, where you can shop and dine in style. You'll have the best of Paris right at your front door!
