Situated on Rue Dauphine in Paris's coveted 6th arrondissement, also known as Central Luxembourg, this bright 18m2 studio apartment, with bills included in the rental price, is perfect for those who would like to live in the heart of France's capital city. The interior of the studio has an open-plan layout, with the single bed and adjustable dining table in the same room, also featuring two large windows. The compact kitchen is attached to the living area, featuring all amenities necessary for efficient cooking. There are many interesting bars, restaurants and cafés close to the property and there will never be a dull moment with this studio as your base!
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a bathtub which is relatively rare for a studio apartment in the centre of France's capital.
- Situated in Paris's Luxembourg district or the 6th arrondissement, this property is in a very sought after, central area. Tenants can walk to many places in France's capital including the Jardin du Luxembourg which is 10 minutes away.
- There are many metro stations to choose from that are within walking distance from the apartment. Odéon is 4 minutes away, and Saint Germain de Près can be reached in 8 minutes.
- The beautiful Île de la Cité is a 4 minute walk from the property.
- Good news for your animal companions - this studio is pet friendly!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment does not have an elevator and is on the 4th floor of the building.
- The property does not have a washing machine, but tenants can reach the nearest dry cleaners within minutes.
