We would like to offer you completely new loft studio apartment in Prague for rent close to nám. Bratří Synků and it’s few minutes from I.P. Pavlova, Muzeum, Pankrac and Brumlovka.
This loft studio apartment in Prague is located on the third floor with windows looking into quiet inside garden. Also washing machine is available in the laundry room inside the house and it’s free to use without any extra payment.
Price includes EVERYTHING (internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
