This cozy 58 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Eksporta Iela in Centrs. You'll find a spacious living room with a sofa and TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, while the bedroom has good quality wood furniture throughout.
While the sun is still out and it's still summer why not grab some picnic supplies from the nearby shops and relax in the lovely Kronvalda Park which is within a 2-minute walk. If the weather isn't good enough to spend the day outside you can always catch up on some local history at the nearby Latvia War Museum. It's a 10-minute walk to the Old Town.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook right down to the pots and pans.
- The bathroom has underfloor heating. Luxury.
- You'll find plenty of storage space in the bedroom with 2 large wardrobes.
- There is a table and chairs in the kitchen where you can sit down for a meal.
- The bathroom is tiled and has a sink, shower and toilet.
- If you're studying in Riga you'll be pleased to know that the Art Academy of Latvia is within a 15-minute walk.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator so you will need to climb a few stairs.
- Although there is a washing machine there is no dryer, so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
- The water boiler in the kitchen is only for extraordinary cases as the hot water system is central.
