This 2-bedroom apartment in the Aventino / Testaccio area has been tastefully renovated and has 2 balconies with beautiful views. The 60 m² property offers a bright kitchen and living area and a modern bathroom with a bathtub, shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is located on a beautiful tree lined street right across the road from a park. This area is well connected to the rest of the city via public transport and within walking distance of Circo Massimo and the Tiber river.
What we liked the most
- Both balconies overlook the park and are ideal to enjoy your morning coffee.
- The apartment is exquisitely decorated throughout and has lovely wooden floors.
- There is central heating and AC units in the living area and both bedrooms.
