L’appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, dispone di un moderno open space con zona living e cucina attrezzata (anche di lavastoviglie), due camere da letto (di cui una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, quest'ultima provvista di delizioso balcone con vista mare e bagno en suite), due bagni funzionali, un terrazzo attrezzato per mangiare e rilassarsi e dotato di zona lavanderia.
Tutte le stanze sono provviste di aria condizionata. Sono presenti inoltre due tv di ultima generazione.
