At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub . To the left of the corridor are the kitchen, the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom.

When entering the building there is a staircase with 8 steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment faces on an interior courtyard. The decor is a mixture of modern and 60s/70s and the spaces are very spacious and cozy.
