Entering the house you are greeted by a large entrance hall with the sleeping area divided from the living area. The apartment is about 90sqm, and consist in 2 bedrooms which are to your left when entering the apartment and a living room to your right with a balcony, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. The furniture is from the 1960s/70s and the walls aree decorated with a large collection of paintings. The house is equipped with an air-conditioning system only in the living room.
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs, television corner, a sideboard, and the access to the balcony is from the living room. Paintings and other furniture complete the living room. A camp bed is avilable for the 4th person . Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refridgerator, gas stove with oven, washing machine, dishes and kitchenware for six people and a table with four chairs. Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed(160cm x 190cm), 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a French bed(120cm x 190cm which could accomdate 2 small children under the age of 10), a desk with 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The two rooms are equipped with a television. Bathrooms: The bathroom has a toilet and shower stall and a cabinet to store the necessities.
Via Etruria is located in the San Giovanni neighbourhood, just a short walk away from the Metro A , Piazza Re di Roma. The apartment is located in a condominium with several buildings, indoor garden and concierge. The house is bright, spacious and cozy, a blast from the past with 1960s decor. The apartment is about 90sqm and consists of two bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and is located on the fourth floor with an elevator. Outdoor: The fountain located in the center of the Via Etruria apartment building was built by architect Giulio Gra . The fountain consists of three parts, the one at the bottom made of local travertine with a classic white color, an intermediate part consisting of three columns made of red granite and on the top of green serpentine, making up all three colors of the national flag. Attached to the columns were brass lictor fasces, which were removed after July 25, 1943, following Mussolini's arrest. An intermediate basin, through 4 orthogonal holes corresponding to as many brass she-wolf heads, feeds water into the main basin. Unfortunately the fountain has stopped working since 1992.
