Appartamento 1 camera -60 m2, panoramico, situato in una palazzina d'epoca,in una strada tranquilla e immerso nel verde.Recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con alcuni mobili antichi, ogni oggetto racconta una storia. La cucina è stata completamente rinnovata,è dotata di lavastoviglie,forno elettrico e grande frigorifero,oltreche piccoli elettrodomestici ( Macchinetta del caffeì,bollitori,tostapane).Il soggiorno è ampio ,con soffitti di 3,5 mt e si affaccia su un balcone fiorito, presenta un divano letto matrimoniale,un tavolo da pranzo c/4 sedie,TV e AC .La camera da letto è fornita di armadio e cassettone. Tutta la casa è dotata di zanzariere,di riscaldamento autonomo e di WI-FI. L'appartamento è al 1 piano alto di una palazzina che presenta una grande terrazza condominiale dove è possibile stendere il bucato! La zona è dotata di supermercati,negozi,caffè e ristoranti ed il magnifico parco di Villa Pamphili a 5 minuti a piedi. Inoltre è dotata di mezzi pubblici per raggiungere facilmente il centro,Trastevere e S.Pietro .
