La zona è collegata in maniera eccellente con il centro della città, grazie alla fermata EUR Palasport della Linea B, a circa 100mt dall'appartamento. Per gli amanti del nuoto, la Piscina delle Rose è proprio sotto l'appartamento, in aggiunta alla possibilità di praticare sport acquatici, come canottaggio. Viale Europa è la zona per lo shopping, in aggiunta al centro commerciale Euroma 2. Il quartiere è ispirato da una urbanistica pratica, con ampi viali e parcheggi; il Centro Congressi è raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, ideale per chi deve trasferirsi a Roma per motivi di lavoro o per periodi medio/brevi; basta arrivare con la valigia!
