This tidy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 50 m² footprint on Via dei Gonzaga in Municipio XII. The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, while the kitchen is also well-equipped with modern appliances.
There is a grocery store and several other stores within a 10-minute walk, and there are a few restaurants nearby as well. Villa Doria Pamphili is around a half-hour walk away as well.
What we liked the most
- The large lounge will become the heart of your home.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is well-equipped with a bath, toilet, bidet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a large shared patio which is a great place to enjoy good weather.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is a microwave but no oven.
