The beachy keen
Because I seek seaside serenity in the eternal city.
Will I like it here?
We think so. Firstly, who doesn't want to live in a beach paradise with free parking and great connections? Secondly, this place has refreshing interiors and a welcoming character. Thirdly, it could be all yours.
Really? Tell me more...
You really have to check out the living area. It's a great open space with your kitchen, living area and dining room combined. Plenty of seating space means that along with the layout it will be great for hosting. The sofa even converts into a bed if you want your friends to stay. Easy!
We think that this is great fit for beach and life lovers. The location and the general layout and composure of the property is a luxurious escape from city life.

“Today I am in this lovely apartment in Rome, we are in Lido di Ostia. In this area you have a lot of services.”
Help me make up my mind...
This is a ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Viale Dei Romagnoli, Rome. It's a lovely home that houses everything you need and more. The appliances and furnishings are modern, comfortable and welcome. It's a real winner!
It is perfect for city escapers. The location is a mere walk (if you can call it that) from the beach, and has great transport links to Rome. It truly is a great escape.
