This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located on Via Villa Aquari in the San Giovanni district of Rome. It has a very large double bed and the bedroom is decorated very modernly. The common living area is also a bright shade of red and receives plenty of light. All of the utilities are included at this property, making it very easy for the tenant to move in without having to install any services. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has everything you need!
Around the area, you will find several restaurants. There are also variety of shops and even an organic store within few minutes of walk. If you like parks, there is one right behind the property where you can take a stroll around. The location is also convenient as it is close to the bus station.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and bright.
- The rooms are well-furnished.
- Bedroom 2 even has access to a beautiful balcony.
- The location is nice as it is close to the park and you can everything you need in close proximity.
