Il condominio è tranquillo e sicuro, ha un servizio di portineria e, se necessario, un parcheggio auto condiviso interno gratuito. La casa ha 2 camere distinte piu un accogliente soggiorno con divano, poltrona e tv. L'angolo cottura è equipaggiato di tutto il necesssario. da poco sono state anche applicate delle zanzariere. E' possibile inoltre avere degli ospiti durante il periodo di soggiorno.

The apartment is pet friendly, consisting of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a comfortable living area, a shared bathroom with a shower and two cosy bedrooms. You will be located in a peaceful neighborhood, next to the relaxing Parco della Caffarella which is perfect for morning runs or afternoon walks. This area is well connected to the rest of the city - you can reach Termini Station in just 13 minutes. The area of the apartment is 65m2.
