Appartamento in ottime condizioni due grandi camere: una con letto matrimoniale e scrivania, l'altra con letto singolo, divano letto matrimoniale e scrivania. Cucina grande con tavolo, bagno con ampia doccia, due balconi, quarto ed ultimo piano silenziosissimo e luminoso, aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze, riscaldamento autonomo. (LE FOTO DELLA SECONDA STANZA DEVONO ESSERE AGGIORNATE). A pochi passi a piedi dalla fermata metro bologna e stazione tiburtina e dallla stazione dei treni tiburtina (dove arriva anche il treno da fiumicino aereoporto); finestre a taglio termico appena sostituite così come la maggior parte degli elettrodomestici, tutti nuovi; mq circa settanta più balconi; ogni tipo di servizio a pochi passi; due fermate metropolitana

Furnished apartment on the 4th and top floor with elevator. 2 big bedrooms: one with double bed and desk, the other with a signle bed, a double sofa bed and desk. Big kitchen with table, bathroom with large shower, 2 balconies. Very quiet and bright space. A/C in both rooms and autonomous heating. Thermal windows have just been installed as most of the appliances. (PICTURES OF 2nd BEDROOM TO BE UPDATED).

A short walk away from the Bologna subway stop and the Tiburtina subway stop and train station (where you can find the train for the Fiumicino airport). You will find the area to be really well serviced with everything you might need!
