This 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Ostiense has a large room available to rent to students only. In addition to being spacious, the available room has big windows that look out onto the balcony. The main shared area is the fully equipped kitchen and there is 1 bathroom to share with the live-in landlord.
The apartment is the perfect student apartment, being just a 10-minute bus ride to the main Roma Tre University campus and minutes away from the Engineering Department on foot. The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery, but is well-connected by bus and metro.
What we liked the most
- The apartment receives a lot of natural light.
- The bedroom is very spacious and waiting for you to add your personal touch.
- The apartment is great for engineering students, just a few minutes' walk to the Roma Tre University engineering campus.
