E' per te se ami stare nel verde e vuoi fare Fitness: a due minuti a piedi, oltre che a parco e pista ciclabile con abbonamento extra puoi accedere a campi da tennis, campi da calcetto, fight arena, palestra, piscina. Il quartiere si trova vicino al Grande Raccordo Anulare servito da supermercato, ufficio postale, farmacia, bar e negozi vicini a piedi. Distanze: Univ. Unicamillus km 4,3 in auto 8min- Univ.
