L’appartamento è al quinto piano con ascensore, ed è composto da due stanze da letto, due bagni (di cui uno privato annesso alla camera in affitto), cucina, salone ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. La stanza in affitto è ben arredata e spaziosa. In casa vive soltanto la proprietaria.
