Affittiamo stanza singola in un appartamento appena ristrutturato, composto da tre camere, due bagni, una cucina e un grande balcone.
Il palazzo è in zona Monteverde (una delle più belle di Roma con Villa Pamphili e il Gianicolo) e affaccia su una bellissima piazza che resta in posizione riservata seppur vicinissima alla Via Portuense, fornitissima di mezzi pubblici verso il centro storico della città che si trova a pochi minuti, e alla via dei Colli Portuensi famosa per i suoi eleganti negozi. Il condominio ha anche un grazioso spazio verde.
La casa, posta al terzo piano con ascensore, è molto luminosa e accogliente, è completamente ammobiliata ed è dotata di ogni comodità, compresi condizionatori in ogni stanza e ovviamente una lavatrice.
L'appartamento è pronto all'uso, ed è fornito di piccoli elettrodomestici (dalla friggitrice ad aria, al ferro da stiro, all'asciugacapelli), stoviglie, pentole, asciugamani, coperte, cuscini, lenzuola, tende, stendino, tappetini, tovaglie, eccetera.
La stanza è accogliente, perfetta per uno studente, con un armadio molto spazioso, una scrivania e una comoda sedia da ufficio.
