The rooms to rent on Via Altavilla Irpina are wonderful. The only common areas are the bathroom—where you'll find a washing machine—and kitchen, both spacious areas. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and everything you need to fix yourself a meal. There are gas burners and a 3-seat table where you can eat and chat with flatmates. One of the nice things about this kitchen is plenty of cupboard space, as well as a small enclosed balcony with windows you can open up for a little fresh air.
Centocelle is a residential part of Rome, but it’s quaint, quiet, and off-the-beaten track. Still, the subway stops just a 2-minute walk from your door, and you can be in downtown Rome in 20-30 minutes. There is a small grocery store right outside your door, a shopping mall around the corner, and the gorgeous Villa Gordiani Park is just a 1-minute walk away. If you like to eat out, there is a nearby café and pizzeria, and you might want to check out Mazzo. It’s a 14-minutes walk, but the New York Times lists it as a place for great Italian cuisine.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
