Sunny rooms are available to rent to male postgraduates or professionals only in a 2-bedroom apartment with an incredible terrace in Osteria del Curato. The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV, or share a meal at the dining table. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has charming blue cabinets, as well as an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with a large bathtub, a heated towel rack, and lots of storage space.
Osteria del Curato is a quiet, residential area to the southeast of Rome. Around the apartment, you'll find lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and pizzerias. And, whenever you're tired of hanging out around the neighborhood, the nearby buses will take you wherever you need to go!
What we liked the most
- The terrace is enormous, and it has gorgeous views!
- The apartment has AC-- perfect for those hot Roman summers.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
