There are rooms for rent in this stylish 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with a spacious 220 m² footprint on Via Giorgio Morpurgo in Balduina. The modern kitchen has a 4-burner stove, a microwave as well as everything you need to cook up a storm. There is also a table and chairs so you can cook a delicious meal and sit down to eat with your flatmates. You'll also find a sofa and some additional storage in the entrance way.
This apartment is a great base for those who want to enjoy city living while still getting out to explore the outdoors. The huge P.R.U. Pineto park is within a 10-minute walk, and here you'll find plenty of space to relax in the sun or get some exercise. Why not make a quick trip to the nearby supermarket and pick up some picnic supplies and spend the whole day outside in the summer sun. If you'd rather explore some of Rome's ancient attractions you can catch a half-hour bus to the Pantheon instead.
What we liked the most
- There is a dishwasher in this apartment so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator so you don't need to carry your things up the stairs.
- There is a balcony accessible from the kitchen so you can pop outside to get some sunshine and fresh air without leaving the apartment.
- There is public transport nearby so you can easily get around Rome.
- You'll find heating in this apartment for when it gets cooler.
