This newly painted 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment located southeast of the city centre has bright and cosy rooms available to rent. Both bedrooms come fully furnished and with their own private key. The main common room is the eat-in kitchen that is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals.
The apartment is located on Via Casilina, which is conveniently lined with restaurants, banks, and grocery stores. There are also markets, posit office and pharmacy in close proximity. The apartment is perfect for students studying in nearby universities as you have Sapienza University, 30 minutes away, Lumsa University which is 40 minutes away and Tor Vergata University, located 45 minutes away.
Easily reachable both metro A and metro C, the historic center of the city, Termini Station (from where all buses and metro and connections to and from Fiumicino airport pass).
Under the house there is a supermarket, a snack bar and a bus stop near the emergency room and pharmacies, bars and various commercial activities.
What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms have a street view and receive plenty of natural light.
- Bedroom 2 has a private interior balcony.
- The dining table can be extended to accommodate more people.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
- The apartment is well-connected to the city center by metro and train.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living room, but the kitchen is quite spacious and a great place to spend time with your roommates or guests.
