The young landlady lives in the apartment, and you will be sharing the kitchen, living area and 1 modern bathroom. The apartment is located on Via dell' Acquedotto Paolo, in a neighbourhood approximately 8km away from the historic centre of Rome, close to public transport and only steps from the Catholic University of Rome. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 80 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The flat offers a pleasant living area furnished with 2 sofas and a TV.
- There is a spacious covered balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, and also featuring a washing machine.
- The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, and offers a dining table with 2 chairs.
- The bedroom is very luminous, and offers good storage space for your personal belongings.
- You will have your own TV and a small private balcony.
- The bathroom is large, modern and has a rain shower.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.
- The living room may be used as an extra rentable bedroom in the future.
