Consisting of a large living area featuring a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms with showers (one bathroom is exclusive for Bedroom 1), this apartment is a perfect choice for those who wish to live in a peaceful area. Each room for rent is fully furnished, featuring picturesque fifth floor views of the surrounding area. The surrounding area features plenty of shops, cafes and a fantastic nightlife, along with Roma Trastevere station which can take you into the city centre or your university in just a few minutes. The area of the apartment is 140m2. You are also in close proximity to the Universita Rome Tre, UNINT, perfect for students, and the World Food Programme and FAO, for workers
