What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

It is in an ideal position to reach the university city La Sapienza which is 700 meters away. The apartment can be reached on foot or by public transport such as tramway n.3. The Conad supermarket is 30 m away, the open-air market and the Italian post office 150 m away. The Faculty of Psychology is 50 m away from it. In the San Lorenzo district, a well-known Roman nightlife district, there are numerous restaurants. General expenses are not known exactly and therefore are not included in the rent. For this reason, the tenant makes a monthly bank transfer to pay €85 into the prepared account the payment of bills at the Fineco bank.

It is close to bars, affordable dining options, and the Sapienza University just 10 minutes' walk away. Each of the bedrooms is spacious, fully furnished, and offers plenty of storage. Rome's largest train station is also very close by and can take you around the city as well as Italy and Europe, perfect for weekend getaways. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and would be great for students looking for both fun and convenience.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk away from the Termini station.
  • Sapienza University is an 8 minute walk away.
  • All of the bedrooms have ample storage space for your belongings.
  • Bedroom 1 features an en suite, so the shared bathroom will only be used by tenants of bedrooms 2 and 3.
  • There is a washing machine in the apartment, saving you time and money on laundry.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment looks onto the busy Via dello Scalo S. Lorenzo, however the windows are thick and allow for little to no noise.
