What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
I rent out my newly refurbished apartment with WIFI and bi week cleaning included. Rome center is easy reachable by public transport. The bedroom have a double bed. Kitchen is new equipped with dishwasher and Nespresso. Here you can cook a good Italian meal and enjoy it both indoor or out. There is A/c in both rooms and a lovely private outdoor space. For entertainment we have a big tv and google chrome. The street is quit quite and you will discover a real Roman neighborhood. Close by there is a bakery open early morning for fresh bread you will also find a restaurant, grocery shops, a gym, a pool and a park.
