This is an studio for rent in Ostiense. Has a common entrance (shared key) with the studio next, but all the spaces are autonomous.
It is perfect for students studying in Università Degli Studi Roma Tre as it is located 20 minutes, by bus. Around the area you will find, several parks and restaurants of different nationalities. For cultural trips, you can also go to Rifugio Antiaereo, which is a historical landmark.
What we liked the most
- The studio is located in a nice area with a lot of parks and restaurants.
- It is very close to the metro and bus stations.
Things to keep in mind
The tenant will share the entry room with other tenants in the same floor, the bedroom and the kitchen are at exclusive disposal of the tenant
