It is located on the 4th floor (without lift) of a beautiful Haussmannian building from 1890. It is ideal to accommodate 2 people in a modern comfort and a neat decoration. In more detail: The 23 m² living room has a 3-seater sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a large television which disappears into a cabinet thanks to a remote control, and a DVD player. Two large windows facing west bring in a lot of afternoon sun. The open kitchen is very well equipped and offers a bar with high chairs (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker with thermos, kettle, toaster, crockery...).
