It can comfortably accommodate five people with its four bedrooms, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Ideally located 3 minutes from the metro, you can easily access Paris' attractions! Please note that this apartment is available for mobility leases only. The space Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 114m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris! It is ideally located at 3 min walk from the metro station and a few minutes from the Place de la Nation. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa where you can relax and a dining table for five. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a fondue machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and the three other bedrooms have single beds (two with the size 90x200 and one 120x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
