Bien conectado en transporte público en ambas direcciones con frecuencias de bus de 10 minutos. Iluminación natural, dos habitaciones (1 cama grande de 1.40 y otra individual de 80), baño con ducha, terraza con vistas al mar y montañas, salón y cocina, totalmente equipado.
