There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of this central apartment, so you won't need to go far for the essentials. The Plaza de toros de la Real Maestranza de Caballería de Sevilla is within walking distance, as is the Monumento a Cervantes, so there is lots to do and see during your stay.
