A beautiful apartment for students with a separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms 1 bathroom with shower ideally located in an authentic part of the city. It’s well furnished, you will find everything you need.The property is on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. The kitchen includes air conditioning.
All rooms are exterior and include desk, lamp, wardrobe. Bedroom 1 includes a balcony.
Things to keep in mind
The landlord may request the deposit once the reservation has been confirmed. After booking, the deposit must be transferred and the contract executed. Lack of completion of these requirements within one week will be regarded as a cancelation made by the prospective tenant.
