Four bedrooms are available for rent on Calle Bejar in the vibrant district of Triana. The location of this flat, which is equipped with central conditioning, is amazing, being situated near the river, popular restaurants, and a short distance from the University of Seville. University Pablo de Olavide (UPO) is easily accessible by metro as well.

All rooms come furnished and the WiFi is already activated making this flat perfectly move in ready! The area of the apartment is 80m2 and the private garden comes with bike parking.

What we liked the most

  • The neighborhood of Triana is one of the most authentic and exciting areas of Seville. It is full of bars and tapas bars, so tenants will never be bored!
  • The apartment is spacious; with 80 m2 to be shared among four people, tenants will have a lot of independence.
  • The apartment is beautifully decorated. The living room, in particular, is furnished with sleek furniture.
  • There is an A/C unit in the living room to keep tenants cool during the summer months.
  • The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and all utensils.
  • You will be located close to Maria Luisa and Los Principes park. You can also find many supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area.
