House completely renovated in May 2025. New fixtures with double glazing and electric windows. Equipped with all the comforts (washing machine and dryer dishwasher electric oven and microwave oven complete equipment for the kitchen).
It is 500 meters from the metro stop (Bernini) and 1.5 km from the Turin Porta Susa train station. Very convenient for the city center and for the polytechnic! Comfortable apartment for 4, maximum 5 guests.
The Cit Turin area is characteristic for its Art Nouveau style properties, near the house the Maria Vittoria hospital, pharmacy supermarket and shops all convenient on foot.
