La tranquillità in città godrete di una stanza in una villa con giardino, balcone e cortile dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza le vostre biciclette e se non ne avete una potete usare la nostra, anche se la posizione è veramente comoda per i mezzi pubblici che si trovano a poca distanza come a poca distanza c'e il parco piu grande della città. Inoltre è comoda per raggiungere sia l'autostrada che l'aeroporto. Inoltre la zona offre notevoli servizi come negozi supermarket e mercati rionali oltre a vari ristoranti e pizzerie rinomate. Il tutto in completa tranquillita ma ad un passo dal centro.
