In our two buildings, located at Corso Novara and Via Tollegno, we have 300 rooms and 331 beds with various types of accommodations that meet every need. Single rooms, double rooms, and apartments, with and without private kitchens, are just some of the available options. Each room is fully furnished, including a fridge and microwave, en-suite bathroom, study area, and bed.
Among our services, you will find: a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court.
In addition to comfort and quality services, we will provide our guests with a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial training with a social impact through numerous projects and community events. You will find an inclusive international environment, based on a responsible and sustainable lifestyle model to create a network of opportunities and experiences, also enhanced through a Social Entrepreneurship Incubator. Room with a bed and private bathroom. The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 15 m2. The room consists of a study area with desk and seat, a two-door wardrobe, a configurable bed of 100, 120 or 140 cm with a large lower drawer, a bookcase, a microwave, a fridge, a mirror, and a notice board. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2 and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The services available are a common kitchen, gym & sport zone, play area, co-working & co-studying spaces, relax area, full-service laundry, multimedia area, a rooftop equipped with BBQ, a large internal courtyard, cycle storage, and an extraordinary rooftop basketball court. Included there will also be bimonthly cleaning, fully furniture kitchen kit and lockers, social projects, community events, high speed Wi-Fi, concierge service, utilities.
The optional services upon request include extra cleaning, final cleaning, underground parking, extra space for sports equipment and luggage. It is also possible to choose the floor of the room.
Optional upgrade upon availability:
- 120 cm bed -> increase of 45€ per month
- 140 cm bed -> increase of 70€ per month
