La casa , ristrutturata pochi mesi fa ed arredata con mobili nuovi , è formata da tre stanze con tre bagni per cui ogni stanza ha la propria massima indipendenza .
Il riscaldamento è autonomo con radiatori inoltre in ogni ambiente vi sono climatizzatori caldo /freddo.
