Furnished and with electrical appliances: TV, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. New air conditioning and heating in the living room. Consists of 2 double bedrooms and a small room that is now furnished as an extra bedroom. It has built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is an independent independent to eat in it. Excellent area with all kind of services and metro stop metro station in the same street 20 metres away and bus stop in the same street. ​ Aprovecha en Fallas para alquilar este piso céntrico.
