Dispone de todo electrodoméstico, está recién reformada, tiene toda vajilla y confort, en el corazón del barrio marinero de Valencia, a tan solo cuatros calles de la playa, cerca de Mercadona, metro tranvia etc.. La calle es peatonal y muy tranquila. Hay disponibilidad de aparcamiento en la calle.
