Magnífico apartamento frente al mar, con vistas espectaculares, está directamente en la playa, ya que al estar situado dentro del Parque Natural de la Albufera no hay ningún tipo de calle ni paseo. La playa es prácticamente privada y está vacía casi todo el año. La casa está completamente reformada, equipada y decorada, no es un apartamento vacacional vacacional. Dispone de colchones de alta calidad, toallas y ropa de cama, vajilla y menaje de cocina. Es necesario disponer de vehículo para llegar, no hay ningún tipo de transporte publico. No es tampoco ir de fiesta, no hay nada alrededor, es un lugar para descansar o teletrabajar
