What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Piso muy acogedor en el corazón de Valencia situado en el centro del barrio de Ruzafa conocido por sus bares, terrazas y buen ambiente. El edificio está frente al mercado de Ruzafa por lo que al tratarse de una construcción pequeña, permite  disfrutar de amplias vistas y mucha luz en la zona del salón comedor. La casa tiene dos habitaciones, aunque solo se alquila una ya que la otra tiene un uso actual de "trastero" y permanecerá cerrada durante el periodo de alquiler. En el piso también hay un baño, una cocina con todos los básicos (a excepción de lavavajillas), y un salón comedor amplio con dos sofás (uno de ellos sofá cama).  La zona del salón dispone de aire acondicionado y en la habitación principal hay un ventilador.  El edificio se encuentra en una pequeña plaza peatonal con acceso a todos los servicios en sus proximidades.  El barrio de Ruzafa es un entorno privilegiado para disfrutar de la ciudad de Valencia situándose muy cerca del centro y del antiguo cauce del río Turia.
