This stylish 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Salvador Guinot in Jesús is available for rent. The generous 90 m² footprint includes a modern kitchen with an oven and 4-burner stove, and a spacious terrace. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, while the other has twin singles.
There are a few of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, as well as a supermarket. The centre of Valencia is just over a half-hour walk, or around 15-minutes by bus as well.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living room is a great place to relax with your flatmates as it has a sofa and table and chairs.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months, and AC in some rooms.
- The University of Valencia is just over 30-minutes away by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
