This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Blasco Ibañez Novelista Street, in Alboraya is fully furnished and has a lovely balcony with a table and some chairs. The property has plenty of charm, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large living area with stylish furnishings. There are also 2 generously sized double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. On top of that, there is a comfortable study room.

The apartment located in Alboraya, a quiet residential neighborhood that's right next to the beach and just 10 minutes away from the Old Town. Additionally, using public transport you can be anywhere in Valencia in no time.

What we liked the most

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
