This apartment feels bright and open. The living room has two couches, a coffee table, and a sofa. There is also a glass dining table and some cabinets and shelves. You can get a lot of cooking done in the spacious kitchen, which has an oven and stove, as well as a dishwasher. There is one shared bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

This property is to the north of the city, alongside a winding green promenade. There are a ton of restaurants with all kinds of food – burgers, pizzas, sushi, and kebabs. There are also several supermarkets nearby, including Mercadona and Supermercados Consum. If you work at or attend the Universidad de Valencia, it's within walking distance.
