This 5-bedroom apartment has a floor area of 140 m² and 2 shared bathrooms. All rooms to rent are beautifully decorated and bright, with large windows overlooking the street. Tenants will share a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the University of Valencia and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. You will also find public transport nearby, including services that can take you to the beach in 20 minutes.
Room description
Bedroom 5 has a double bed, sofa, television and a wardrobe. This room is the largest in the apartment and has the huge bonus of having a private balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs from where you can enjoy splendid city views.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is high up on the 13th floor and offers impressive city views.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook, and also has a dining table.
- You can see the Valencia FC stadium from all rooms!
- You will find shops, supermarkets and all amenities within walking distance of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- All rooms face busy Blasco Ibáñez avenue, but have good quality windows that provide good noise insulation.
